I've spent more than half my life helping people with real estate in Utah. This is the place I've always called home. I grew up in Salt Lake City and went to Judge Memorial. Those early ties still influence how I work with families today. I attended Saint Vincent de Paul School. My mom went there, and now my kids do too. This demonstrates how home, family, and community connect.

Many of the clients I worked with early on are now living in their third or fourth home. That long-term continuity matters to me. My goal has never been quick wins. It's helping people make decisions they still feel good about years later.

Utah isn't a secret anymore. Our population is growing, the economy is strong, and the housing supply hasn't kept up with demand. That can make moving feel overwhelming, but not impossible. Timing, trade-offs, and long-term thinking matter more now than ever.

Whether it's your first home, your next one, or your last, I'm here to help you make the best choice for your situation. The best service in real estate isn't speed. It's clarity.

Over the years, I have accumulated experience in almost every part of the industry. I've been a buyer's agent, a listing agent, and a broker. I've helped first-time buyers, investors, and institutions. I've also worked with big brands and small brokerages before starting my own.

In 2018, I got my mortgage license. This helped me understand the financing side of my clients' choices better. Seeing the full picture, homes and loans together, has shaped how I approach this work today.

Utah law requires these roles to stay separate on any given transaction. When I represent you on the real estate side, I work with trusted lending partners for your financing. When I originate your loan, I partner with experienced agents for your home search. Two licenses, one advisor, always kept separate where the law requires it.

The most meaningful part of my career has been long-term relationships. I help people make choices that affect their families, finances, and future. It's rarely one transaction. That trust, and the responsibility that comes with it, is what I'm here for.

I don't believe in fake urgency or hard sales tactics. I value honest talks and clear evaluations. You know your goals best. If you're looking for someone to push you to take action, I'm not the right fit. But if you want someone to help you think and progress with confidence, at a speed that suits you, I'm here.

How I think about home decisions

Buying or selling a home is rarely just about the house. It's about timing, trade-offs, and how today's decision fits into the life you're building next.

I don't believe in artificial urgency or one-size-fits-all advice. My role is to help people slow the process down, ask better questions, and make decisions they'll still feel good about years from now.

I help buyers understand how financing decisions affect long-term housing choices, not just monthly payments.

Sometimes that means moving forward. Sometimes it means waiting. Both can be the right choice.
